Should you have any questions about your BIBO or need any help with maintenance or trouble shooting, our friendly customer service team is available between 9.30am and 5.00pm, Monday – Friday. Our reception service will take your messages between these times and over the weekend. We will then get back to you as soon as can!!

Cleaning your BIBO
Clean your BIBO by simply wiping it down with a damp cloth. Soap or any other gentle detergent can also be used if you wish but please don’t use harsh detergents or anything abrasive to clean the body of your BIBO as it will scratch.
It is important to regularly clean your BIBO’s hot tank to prevent the build up of limescale. It is really straight forward to clean your BIBO’s hot tank and you can purchase kits and refill solutions here.

Changing your filters
It’s super easy to change your filters and your BIBO will remind you when they are due.

Filters for both the BIBO Classic and the BIBO Bar are fully recyclable so please pop them in your recycling bin.

WEEE compliance
If you’re buying a new BIBO then we will happily recycle your old water dispenser for you, whatever the brand, for only £25.00. Unwanted electrical equipment is one of the UK’s fastest growing type of waste. We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old water dispenser.
